Our mission is simple: make great bars at events easy, while sharing a bit of our Mexican culture! There is one thing everyone can agree on, Mexican culture is known for great parties and of course TEQUILA! In Mexico, an event with great food and great drinks is very important and form a large part of Mexican culture. Gathering with friends and family during special moments are memories that last a lifetime. With that being said, 2 months ago we decided to begin this journey and bought “Dahlia “our 1991 horse trailer! Having only a clear vision and no experience we remodeled her into what she is today.
