The Heimsoth family has deep roots in the service and beverage industries. Neil Sr. ran Heimer’s Brew House, a local drive thru Coffee Shop, for nine years, offering an entertaining experience and excellent coffee to his regulars.

Neil Jr. is an award-winning mixologist and Beverage Director for two of the Lehigh Valley’s most popular restaurants, Notch Modern Kitchen & Bar and White Orchids Thai Cuisine.

In a previous role, Neil Jr.’s knowledge and creativity helped land Bethlehem’s The Bookstore Speakeasy on Men’s Journal’s list of the “19 Best Cocktail Bars in America You Must Try” (The Bookstore is #7).

Through Bar H, the Heimsoth family are able to provide the perfect mobile platform for your event, with a full-size mobile bar truck outfitted with a custom walnut bar, bringing farm-to-table elegance to every venue!
